The servo press is mainly composed of a frame, a machine head, a worktable, a servo motor, a push rod, a pressure plate, and a control switch. The machine head is mounted on the upper part of the rack in a cantilevered manner, and a servo motor is vertically installed on the machine head. The lower end of the servo motor is coaxially connected to a push rod, and a pressure plate is installed at the lower end of the push rod. A worktable is fixed on the lower part of the rack, and the lower end of the servo motor is coaxially connected to the push rod through a ball screw. A control switch is symmetrically installed on the outer side of the worktable corresponding to the pressure plate, which is a linked two hand start button.

The control system of the servo press: the output power port of the drive unit is connected to the servo motor, the output port of the motion controller is connected to the input port of the drive unit through SSCNET III high-speed optical cable and performs high-speed serial communication, the input terminal of the motion controller is connected to the expansion substrate, and the I/O mixing module, high-speed counting module for detecting the position of the slider, and analog-to-digital conversion module are installed on the expansion substrate; The PLC input terminal block and PLC output terminal block are respectively connected to the I/O hybrid module; The angle sensor is installed at the end of the press crankshaft, and its signal line is connected to the high-speed counting module to provide the crankshaft rotation angle signal to the high-speed counting module; The movable magnetic ring of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor is fixedly connected to the slider of the press, and its signal line is connected to the analog-to-digital conversion module to provide the displacement signal of the slider to the analog-to-digital conversion module. The control system directly detects the displacement of the slider, forming a closed loop with a detection resolution of up to 0.01mm.
